IV Certification Course
This course provides IV certification for Technicians plus 40 hours of ACPE Credit. The course is taught by experienced practicing pharmacists who are certified by the University of Houston as IV Instructors..
This course must be completed over a period of one to two weeks as follows:
- Home study for 20 hours
- Class room instruction of 20 hours which is held over a weekend for two ten hour days from 8am – 6pm.
- Classes are offered in a centralized location of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.
- Classes are offered every two months. Check the registration form for the next class.
- There is a post test that must be completed and sent off for grading and the student must pass to receive accreditation.
Early Registration Fees
$425 per student which includes the required IV training book, hands on experience, registration & grading fees, IV certificate and 40 hours of ACPE credit.
